VISITS THE KIDS CENTER
The Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies - formerly known as the Cerebral Palsy K.I.D.S. Center - has been serving families whose children have special needs since 1959. The agency provides outpatient therapy and family support services for kids with Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Spina Bifida, Autism and other developmental disabilities.
They recently had their annual Fashion Show Fundraising Event on November 21,09. This is where the children of the center get to dress up, be the models and shine! This year they allowed us, at Ohio Valley Wrestling, to be a part of this amazing event. We had such an extraordinary time. We learned so much from the kids, listening to their dreams and how they were going to achieve their goals. We all were very touched and so proud to be there.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM:
"Be the Best you can be, and have FUN doing it!"
Our OVW wrestling superstars are part of the new Kentuckiana community initiative, where we will attend your school to discuss not only the keys to success in school and athletics, but life in general. We have travelled from all over the world to reside in Louisville, Kentucky to train to become the best wrestlers we can be. We are males and females, and we come from all different backgrounds. We all have one common characteristic, and that is a passion for doing what we love.
We are dedicated to communicating with the youth of the Kentuckiana area through our exciting and interactive presentations, leaving the students with a fun and positive experience.
Our athletes will also have free tickets to give away to the students who show the most interest and participation. Our wrestling shows are filmed weekly in front of a live studio crowd, and we take pride in being a completely family friendly wrestling show! Our TV tapings are filmed EVERY Friday evening at 4400 Sheperdville Road, in Louisville, KY. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm, and it's usually done before 9pm. There is also a concession stand with everything from pretzels to pizza!
General admission is 5 dollars, but your students will be admitted for free! If your school, or after school group would like the OVW Superstars to appear at YOUR school, all you need to do is email us at ovwerin@ovwrestling.com
This presentation is absolutely FREE. It is our way of giving back to the community that has supported us for so long!
