For years, Ray Ramsey has been on the scene as one of OVW's number one officials. After years of getting caught in the line of fire from OVW Superstars, Ray was finally appointed Senior Official and given a new sense of authority in the Davis Arena. Ray is trusted to officiate OVW's most important main event matches. Ray's experience in the squared circle has given him a sense of ring awareness like no other, and good officiating has become second nature to him.
