SHOP FAQ:
1.) What forms of payment does Shop OVW accept?
Shop OVW accepts cashier's checks, money orders, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) through its credit card processor, CCNow.
2.) How does Shop OVW guarantee the privacy of my personal and credit card account information?
Shop OVW processes its credit card orders through an online credit card transaction company called CCNow. When you are ready to finalize your order, you are sent to CCNow's transaction site hosted on secure servers. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.
While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the
customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Checkout
button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping
information.
All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard, but the customer can
choose to checkout using Non-Secure Mode if necessary.

3.) Do you ship to destinations outside the United States?
Regrettably, we no longer ship outside of the United States, effective September 1, 2005.
4.) How long does it take to ship most merchandise?
Under most circumstances, merchandise should arrive within one to three weeks after you place your initial order. Circumstances that affect the turnaround time of the order include whether the order product is on the shelf or if it has to be specially manufactured (as may be in the case of XXXL-sized t-shirts).
5.) How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
If you order online, you should receive a confirmation email within an hour or so letting you know that we've received your order. If you order via U.S. Mail, you should include your email address and/or telephone number, and we will contact you as soon as we receive your order.
6.) How do you guarantee an order has been shipped and that I will receive it?
Once an online order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your purchase is on its way. Unless special arrangements are made on an individual customer basis, all orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service with a traceable delivery confirmation number.
If, after a reasonable amount of time, you have not received your order, please contact us and we'll contact the U.S. Postal Service to determine the location of your order and when you can expect it to arrive.
7.) How is most merchandise shipped via the U.S. Postal Service?
T-Shirt orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Traceable Delivery Confirmation. We will ship via other services other than the U.S. Postal Service at the customer's request though additional charges may accrue. We presently use the U.S. Postal Service in an effort to keep costs down in order to pass the savings along to our consumers!
8.) I wish to return my merchandise for a replacement or refund. How do I do that?
